Lashes
Just a bit of information about the lashes I provide and the do's and don'ts of how to look after them!

All my lashes are made from Faux mink and I can offer a variety of thickness, curl and length depending on the look you want.

P.s. I also offer spikes...just talk to me at your appointment.

Classic Lashes

A method where 1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash.
Classic lashes are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes, but want to add more length. Classic lashes give a more natural look.
£40 Full set
£25 Infills

Ellipse Lashes

Ellipse means oval! Instead of having a round, circle base, like a normal classic clash, ellipse lashes have a flatter, oval base.
The unique shape of the ellipse lashes (elliptical, flat, eclipse) allows for a more dramatic lash look.
Ellipse lashes are the perfect solution for attaining the appearance of a thicker and fuller set of lashes without actually adding the weight. Which makes them perfect for clients who are looking for thicker lashes.

Hybrid Lashes

The best of both worlds! The hybrid lash is a mix of Classic and Russian lashes creating a fuller look without being overly dramatic. This look is great for those clients who are looking for that wispy voluminous look!

£35 Infills

Russian Lashes

Ultra fine synthetic lashes that are made from the same fibres as classic lashes. However, as they are much thinner you can apply more than one to each natural lash. Russian Lashes are typically applied in a fan-like shape, which adds to the 'volume' look.
This is great for those clients wanting more drama!

Wet lash look

The wet look is one of my favourites! The difference is that closed fans are used to create a sleek, Kim K style lash!

Volume lashes

Similar to Russian lashes but bigger! Using 12D fans to create a full and glamorous look

You can add spikes to any set for an extra £5
Infills are usually every 2-3 weeks
Patch test required at least 24 hours before appointment.
Do's and Don'ts
24-48 hours after treatment
For the first 24 to 48 hours avoid getting your lashes wet and avoid steam . Your lashes need time for the glue to set properly so if possible keep them dry and don't make sure shower too hot!
Oils
When using face creams, makeup remover etc that contain oils, be very careful to not touch your lashes. The oils in these products help loosen the glue and you'll find that your lash extensions will not last long.
Sleep
Nothing major but just be aware of how you sleep. . . If you sleep on your front, or like to squidgy your face into your pillow, you might find your lashes aren't as perfect in the morning!
CLEANSE!
It is so important to cleanse your lashes! Bacteria and dead skin cells can collect in your lashes which can lead to a nasty infection.
It is so quick and easy to do and inexpensive.
I sell my very own lash cleanser kit which contains everything you need to keep those lashes healthy!
Makeup
Whilst its perfectly fine to wear makeup please do not put makeup, like mascara, on your lash extensions. It clogs the lashes up and is a nightmare to remove!
Maintain
If you are planning on having your lashes for a long time then look after them, give them a cleanse and a brush and make sure you book in for your infills every 2-3 weeks. This way you will also have a lovely looking set of lashes.
Lash Facts

How many?
The average person has 80-100 lashes per eye!
That's why it takes nearly two hours to lash!
Gross!
Don’t let this gross you out, but there are little mites that live in the base of our eyelashes. They come out at night to consume cells to prevent the follicles from clogging. If lashes aren’t cleaned regularly, these mites can over-populate, causing infections
Hair cycle
Our eyelashes fall out and completely replenish themselves every 150 days.
They re-grow until they reach the optimum length, fall out, and replenish themselves again.
Let them fall!
Healthy eyelashes fall out every day. Most people lose 1-5 natural eyelashes per day. You can't always see, especially without eyelash extensions but If you’re not losing lashes regularly, this may indicate a health problem.
